Ms. Sherita Cherry
School Director

Sherita is a master hair colorist and precision cutting specialist known for her artistry, attention to detail, and passion for education. As the School Director, she takes a holistic, hands-on approach to student development, guiding each learner to discover their confidence, creativity, and technical excellence.
Sherita understands what it takes to succeed in the beauty industry. She’s dedicated to helping every student build a strong foundation in both color theory and precision cutting, while fostering the professional mindset needed for long-term success.
Through her leadership, Sherita creates a supportive and empowering learning environment where students grow not only as stylists but as confident, well-rounded professionals.
Ms. Jerrika Archbald
Director of Admissions
Jerrika Archibald serves as the Director of Admissions. where she guides prospective students through the enrollment process with dedication and expertise. A licensed esthetician herself, Jerrika brings a deep understanding of the beauty industry to her role, offering valuable insights to aspiring beauty professionals. With a commitment to student success, she ensures that each applicant feels supported and informed. Ms. Jerrika's passion for esthetics and education makes her an integral part of the Institute’s mission.
Ms. Tonya Beckham
Director of Esthetics
Ms. Beckham is a highly experienced esthetician instructor who has dedicated over 25 years to the beauty industry. With a decade of experience as a licensed instructor, she is widely respected for her expertise and skill. Known as a renowned makeup artist and stylist, Ms. Beckham has worked extensively in TV, film, and print, bringing artistry and professionalism to high-profile projects. Her true passion, however, lies in educating the next generation of estheticians. Through her engaging teaching style and wealth of knowledge, she inspires her students to excel, equipping them with the technical skills and confidence they need to thrive in the beauty industry.
Mr. Jalal Winbush
Director or Barbering
Mr. Winbush is a blend of artistry, skill, and purpose. With over two decades in the beauty and grooming industry, he has earned a reputation as a visionary Master Barber and Cosmetologist. As a licensed instructor, he brings both precision and passion to the classroom, transforming technical lessons into powerful moments of mentorship. Known for his creative edge, artistic designs, and deep understanding of the craft, Mr. Winbush has become a respected figure in the world of barbering. His true calling, however, is empowering the next generation. Through engaging instruction and unwavering encouragement, he equips students with the tools, confidence, and mindset to not only master the trade—but to lead it.
