Founded in 2022, the SHERITA CHERRY Institute (SCI) is a private hair color and cutting beauty school owned by Sherita Cherry. SCI was founded to bridge the gap in financial literacy and beauty education among future professionals, offering an integrated curriculum that combines financial acumen with beauty expertise. Sherita Cherry, a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with an MBA from Western Governors University, has 29 years of experience as a salon owner and has trained over 20 stylists through her apprenticeship program. She was also a Color Educator for Paul Mitchell for over 20 years, gaining recognition as a leader in the beauty industry. For more information about Sherita please view About Us.

Sherita Cherry's passion for education and her desire to instill confidence in future beauty professionals led her to open the SHERITA CHERRY Institute. The institute aims to educate students in hair cutting and coloring techniques, along with providing training in accounting, marketing, branding, and business management. This comprehensive approach prepares students for success in both the beauty industry and beauty business.

 

Licensed and regulated by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology, the SHERITA CHERRY Institute displays its license in the school office, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
